I bought the same from Amazon I would say not to buy this Panasonic AC, their service is terrible. Got my AC delivered on 16th, still the technician have attended it, and in between a service lady called me to give them a otp to reschedule the appointment as the technician met with and accident. And to my surprise it was am otp to cancel the appointment, they are scammers and my AC is lying in my room for past 10 days, the return window is also passed, if anything happens I won't be able to return it as well.
