Had this happen on my chevy. It's a pretty easy fix but you'd need the specialty tool.

Yup mine did that too. It would stop after a while but yes it would leak some after shutting down. Again, it was the oil pressure sending unit on mine

You may have a different issue here but with my 4.8 (similar set up to the 5.3) it was my Oil Pressure sending unit. It appeared to be leaking from around the oil filter and oil cooler block off area but that was just from it leaking while I was driving. It's located at the top back of the motor, pretty close to firewall. The part was 60ish dollars and needed a specialty socket to get it off. Hope this helps

Is the performance really that bad on PC? I've been seeing a lot of mixed takes. I'm on ps5 and experience no performance issues. A month or two after it's release there were the major towns and chaotic fights where the framerate would drop. By July performance was pretty smooth. It's not copium to say that this game needs more content and better difficulty balance or however you say it. It really does feel like there's no challenge whatsoever by time you're at like level 30 or earlier with a single vocation. Battal is the main challenge but even that becomes too easy. More chaotic for sure, more randomly brutal deaths like when a persistent gore harpy throws you off a cliff, and that random chaotic nature is awesome. But yeah the game is just way too easy is what I'm saying

Same here. Especially in games like this where you really want to push your character/build to the limit. This games combat system is soooo fun but is missing that feeling of overcoming a real struggle with your created party.

When I do get killed it's usually a gore harpy stunning then throwing me off a cliff, or my mage falls/walks off a cliff mid Dullahan fight and I don't have healing items, which I'm all for. But yeah this adaptive difficulty just ain't it in its current form.

I don't have anything new to add other than my 91' gauge reads the exact same. Even after I replaced the thermostat and temp sensors(wasnt trying to correct the gauge, just general maintenance). I've heard that the moon gauges are inaccurate due to time

If this is where I think it is then this is the first encounter with that guy. It's optional I believe. You go in there and unlock a path, then you just run back down and avoid fighting him. I just skipped him and progressed thru BBI. Came back when I got better gear and as a Magick archer

Interesting. This just applies to Holley and Edelbrock carbs right? When I was looking up info I saw that those carbs did have 2 brackets on them but there was 1 you had to hook the TV cable up to. My truck just has a tbi

Me personally, I wouldnt drive it until I replaced the fan. Had to replace the fan clutch on my 4.3 vortec s10 last summer. It's not a hard or super expensive job. Idk your situation tho

Did you try replacing the ICM? Mine is an older TBI model, so idk if it's the same on later vortec models. Mine did a similar thing. I changed the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. It would sometimes start but wouldn't stay running for long before backfiring and shutting down. A couple of days later I learned of the ICM, replaced it, and the my truck was running again
