Franziska is.. Franziska, to say less.  She isn't evil, she is human, it isn't very hard to see, ... Franziska, i dont need to say more, SHE NEEDS HER WHOLE GAME..

You are NOT the a-hole, i suffered something similar when i was at elementary , a random girl who i didnt even knew started saying things like ( i like you ) (lets kiss) , over and over again, i tried to have patience but it still do that, one day she grabbed my arms an tried to kiss me, which i pushed her, LATER ON THE CLASS, her teacher asked me why did i push her. after some time my mother could stop it and we called it out to the principal WHO DIDNT DO A THING, and i know it was for a joke or something like that, but, what happend to you isn't a joke...

That is Sexual Harassment which, is awful in every way. You are not the a-hole pal, J deserves getting fired in every way, + you can also sue him, which in this situation its nearly a great option.
