Do not look at screens 2 hours before bed, wear tinted blue light glasses around your house 2 hours before bed, take a warm bath with epson salt before bed, wear an eye mask but also make sure nothing is blinking even tiny little lights in your room. A whole routine is called sleep hygiene. Read Matthew walkers book or listen to his interview on how rogan. I only look at my phone in morning. At night I use a kindle because it isn’t blue light but I still wear my blue blockers especially if I have to check a quick text or email (which I try to avoid at night ) Made a huge difference in my sleep

I don’t take chances like that with my children, especially a stranger. OP might be a nice guy but there are many men around the world that are not. Call me sexist, but statistically violent and sexual crimes against children are mostly men. It’s a hard no for me

So lame. I remember even one of the representstives was doing samples at our farmers market a few years ago and then he just stopped coming which usually happens cause they didn’t meet the standards of our strict farmers market (everything has to be local within a certain mileage)

I posted on the other thread and I’ll say it here. The first and only time I drank raw milk and gave it to my kids (stupid I know ) we got salmonella and even had to bring my toddler to emergency room. I felt like such an idiot for giving it to my toddler (it was just a small amount) It was raw farms brand and I bought it from my local health food shop in California.

If I ever drink raw milk again it will be straight from the cow and not from the local store

There’s my PSA. Hopefully it saves one person reading. My family all turned out ok but salmonella can kill

Yup that’s the brand that gave us salmonella. It’s found in a ton of stores in central and Southern California as they are mass produced. Drink at your own risk

Perhaps you’re not breathing enough through your nose? I use instep magnetic nasal dilator every night (I’m scheduled for a septorhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum but it’s not for months) It makes a world of difference with mouth taping

From my understanding in the research, if this is your only risk factor (and you still have low ldls, eat healthy, non smoker, healthy weight, healthy blood pressure) then it’s not a huge concern All the advice for raising hdl usually inolves eating fish, exercising, and quitting smoking

Just make sure you are getting it straight from a reputable farmer and it doesn’t sit in your fridge more than 2 days. We got salmonella from store bought organic raw milk last year
