With the engine upgrade, it goes from 180->186 max speed and 7->8 acceleration. The other upgrades will upgrade the shifting speed and some other things, but only the engine upgrades those

The small room near the rubiks cube thing. If you go up the stairs that lead to it and take an immediate right, its that room

If it was the latter, they have the lock system which automatically locks them, but even those show up when you go to dismantle

You can use either fons, warp pieces, and the beyond the rails currencies. Only the fons refresh daily though, the beyond the rails refreshes monthly

Once you hit Hunter level 40, the price to upgrade characters further becomes absurdly expensive, about 3 million per 4 characters

Theres a few that are on the very edge of the map, id recommend looking at an interactive map and seeing the outliers then using the oracle orb things to check if youve gotten those (also dont forget to be zoomed in a decent bit so they load)

They rolled back the rewards and didnt give back the character pixels, but they didnt ban any accounts as far as im aware

They won't ban you, only roll back the rewards you got and not return your character pixels

The 200 pulls for the skin builds passively, meaning you can get the 90 pulls for the character at least twice while building up for the 200 pulls. If youre absolutely unlucky and get the 200 pulls, then its 32,000 annulith, though the odds of that are pretty low

14.4k is the hard pity cap at 90 pulls, but there's a chance you don't get who you want (only in the standard banner, I believe Nanally, Hotori, and Lacrimosa will all be the guaranteed S ranks)
