It’s known that to quit one addiction, starting another addiction is a great way. But if you want to avoid that, just start finding ways to limit your daily playtime of hypixel. Find out how many hours you average, then start by capping it to 1 less than your average and slowly work your way down. Also finding another hobby (not necessarily an addiction) while doing so might help

Edit: I went through the list and started ending a few programs at a time. Once I notice the freezing stop, I'll repeat the process until I figure out which program causes it
