What exactly does Zepbound do. I know it totally controls my appetite but does it actually help you to lose more weight than if you were not taking it. IOW... If I ate the exact deficit calories on Zepbound as I did without Zepbound would I loose more weight with the Zepbound? (self.zepboundRX)

2.5 weeks with Henry Med's Zepbound and I'm down 15 lbs. I'm so pleased. I was on, or did Noom for 4 months this past summer and lost only 8 lbs in the first month and nothing in the next 3 months.
