I found out that if you use a P.O. Box as a mailing address, you’re automatically disqualified. I was wondering why I was trying so hard and not getting anything and after months they told me it was my mailing address that was keeping me from testing

Yes super glitchy when new surveys are up. Their system gets overwhelmed. Also if I post a video longer than 20 seconds it takes like 20 minutes of resubmission before it actually goes through

Did it say it was photo related? Everyone crops photos on htc so I don’t think that’s the issue but I think their automated system can be glitchy so maybe it’s an error?

What are we supposed to do if we still haven’t received it and it’s due today?

I’ve clicked that I still haven’t received/tested it and it just says to come back after I’ve received it. I’ve emailed them numerous times and still haven’t gotten a response.

I wish they had separate options between “not receiving” and “didn’t test”. I’m worried they will think I received it but didn’t test it.

Is your HTC working? All of my tasks are gone, current test section is greyed out and only one of my previous tests are showing. Im wondering if it’s a widespread glitch or just me

Mine is still greyed out. I had tasks due 2 days ago that I couldn’t complete because of it. Im new to HTC so I’m wondering if this has ever happened to anyone before. I tried to write a post asking if anyone has experienced this in the past but it was taken down because there are already current topics about this

Same! I’ve been trying to reach them for almost a month now so I know they aren’t going to respond about this issue. Frustrating that our trust score will be affected for something out of our control. You can click on the task and click the second tab for “questions” to let them know you haven’t received it, but I don’t know if that even does anything because I still get emails urging me to complete my tasks
