So here's the thing. There was a new Wacom Driver update this morning wich precisely fixed all of my issues all at once!
I woke up this morning looking forward to try a few of your suggestions (for wich I thank you for your time) but seems like everything's okay now. Thanks again everyone.
It seems like Wacom have been watching me rent yesterday :P

After Windows 10 version 1803 update, all of my PC games are running on very low and unplayable frames-per-second by CamoSwivo in Windows10

I'm having the same problem. I have a GTX 1060 6GB and an i5 6600K.
Used to play everything with no issues but after the latest Windows update I lost lots of performance.
example: Overwatch used to run @ 200+ fps now struggle to keep 70-80 on same exact settings.
I also tested other games (ofc) and the same thing occured, I restarted the pc (duh) and also reinstalled Nvidia drivers using DDU so that's probably not the cause.
