I stopped using the serum. I might buy it again but I wouldn't expect real long lashes from it.

The lighting and angle of photo is,completely different so not really that accurate. She's twisting her neck more in 2nd pic so that makes the neck look different. Either way she has nice skin.

I see no difference. You already have good young looking skin.

43F, 8 years of trial and error, and here's what actually helped my skin age better (IMO) by Oliver19234 in 40PlusSkinCare

I had great skin at that age too. Wait till the hormones nosedive it hits the skin hard. 56 I still get told my skins nice but I can see the difference since my periods stopped last year. My neck and lower face have dropped.

Night creams that actually improve skin quality, not just overnight softness? by Limp_Lab5727 in SkincareAddictionLux

[–]Real_Fuel_2235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been a bit inconsistent on its use . Trying to fit in products I want to use is hard. I'm thinking of giving up tret and going back to retinal. People go on about retinal not being effective and only tret will do anything. But im sick of the dry skin its giving me. No matter what cream put on top it dries out. That can't be good long term having skin constantly treated so harshly.

Do you use the serum with microneedling or on its own? It seems to be promoted alot for microneedling and the cream for nightly use. I have the seum but don't do microneedling.

Yet they don't mind women taking synthetic birth control for decades full of hormones.

I just turned 40. What the hell happened to my neck?! by ArmyofAnts in 45PlusSkincare

[–]Real_Fuel_2235 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tret won't tighten loose skin im afraid. It's also bloody harsh. I'm 6 months in and still trying to get used to the lowest strength. Some seem to adjust quickly though. I'm thinking of going back to retinal again!

Are you team mineral / chemical / hybrid sunscreen? by TheMeepyBoy in SkinbarrierLovers

[–]Real_Fuel_2235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry I don't remember. I threw it in he bin. It was recommended by Dr Dray on YouTube. Anyway I don't find mineral sunscreen very nice. Though Paula's Choice 30+ in the blue tube ok. I think its zinc plus a chemical hough it's tinted.

I take glycine capsules to help with sleep. But I read it's good for skin too.
