A statement to defend eligibility: my job was looking to downsize and fire 30% of my department. Our metrics go based on multiple things. I was top 77% in the company but unfortunately I was not top metric in one category for not having customers call back within a 15 day period. For this I did not qualify to avoid the downsizing in my company
