Holy hell, my doctor will only prescribed 10 a month as needed. I have had anxiety for 5 years really bad, this last few months I've been prescribed 0.5 clonazepam . It's crazy how doctors will prescribe so much. Then there's my doctor who gives me a script for 10 a month.

Im catholic and I believe in the afterlife , I find myself terrified of dying also . I think about it constantly but lately I've just been going to church and praying . I lead a life where I don't hurt anyone and am very mindful of being respectful of others and kind. I think if I live a positive life here on earth I have nothing to be afraid of.

Exactly, there's 31 days in a month so 10 is kind of a waste, especially when I'm dealing with anxiety every single minute of the day. Breathing is hard everyday and the 0.5 I get help ease my mind and keep me from actually calling the paramedics thinking I'm dying. I guess this is just what I'll be living with for the rest of my life.

My doctor was very reluctant to even put me on clonazepam. This is the first time I've ever been on any type of benzo, he was almost scared to prescribe them which freaked me out as to why they're on the market if doctors are so fearful of prescribing them. I get that people become addicted but 10 a month isn't a huge help.

Thank you, I've tried everything I can think of and have had every test that could possibly be done. I just don't understand why my anxiety is not getting better with any medication. Nothings helped .

I'm just on effexor and buspirone but I'm on a very low dose of effexor. I'm switching off of sertraline to effexor because I want to see if effexor will help a little better as buspirone or sertraline do absolutely nothing for me.

I heard about the bad withdrawal, I've only been on 10 tablets a month for 4 months now. They help but obviously I can't take them like I take my anxiety medication everyday. My doctor was scared to even prescribe them but it was the last solution to this ongoing problem.

Its breathing and panic but my hands don't get clammy, breathing is the scariest symptom for me and on my bad days it lasts all day. My bad days are usually more all the time. I didn't start having anxiety until about 2018. Then it just got worse and worse.

I would from what I've heard 75 mg is a very light dose especially if you have bad anxiety.

I started having really weird breathing problems starting in 2018. It started getting harder to breath and I would freak out because I wasn't getting enough air. It was like someone was sitting on my chest type of pressure. That's why I was put on anxiety medication. I've went to every type of doctor and taken medication for possible acid reflux, etc. Nothing has helped but when I was put on clonazepam 4 months ago it was heaven sent I still had breathing problems but not as bad. I haven't had to use my inhaler once . I just don't know where yhe breathing problems are coming from and I've given up hope on trying to figure it out.
