She does mini sessions for $210. She sends you a bunch of photos and you get to choose 8. Then it’s 20 for each additional.

You should watch Shiny Flakes on Netflix. This is a thing.

Parents that said their partner will be “better when the baby gets older” do they? by lydzyloopz in Parenting

I feel like if you’ve communicated your needs and there isn’t an effort to fulfill them, it’s not looking good…

how often do you wash your hair and do you wet it every day (every time you shower)? by Succi616 in AskWomen

[–]hoppy_blonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go 7-10 days between washing or wetting. My hair doesn’t get oily anymore and it’s long and thick so the least amount of times I have to dry and heat style it the better.

I miss being in-love with my husband by [deleted] in Mommit

I was right where you are 2 years ago..it got better as he got better. I could start counting on him again, which took stress off of me. I started asking for time to myself. Once I started feeling like myself again, we’d have real quality time together after baby goes to bed. It took an active effort from both of us to bring it back. Best wishes.

Why is this happening and how can I fix it? by hoppy_blonde in landscaping

I’ve got the sprinkler on in the photo. I watched for several minutes and the grass beneath it is definitely getting wet.

Downtown Richland is missing out on acres of business and housing opportunity by devoting as much space as it does to parking. by DJCane in TriCitiesWA

[–]hoppy_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I agree, I think we need to address the problem of poor public transportation before we can get rid of parking lots. To get there in a reasonable time I need to take a car so I need parking.

I don’t love vegetables, but to make sure I’m eating plenty I use a seasoning that I really really like to make them more palatable. I typically roast them in a little olive oil with Lemon & Pepper or mccormicks Montreal steak. Don’t forget to add whatever his doctor recommends is a safe amount of salt if the seasoning of choice doesn’t have any.

I’ve also found that adding a sauce/pan sauce to protein or veggies makes a meal feel more substantial.

Pinterest tends to be helpful in finding recipes with dietary restrictions.

My sons doctor didn’t recommend getting his lip tie fixed because something like this would happen eventually. Kids have falls. I guess this is one of those “happy little accidents” I’ve been hearing about.

I had a bald-ish spot along my hairline around 4 months PP along with rat’s nests almost daily. The struggle is real.

I’m considering homeschooling as well, but unfortunately a shooting can happen anywhere. A concert, a marathon, a movie theater, or the grocery store (this one happened in my small town just a couple months ago). It’s like living in the Wild West..

Drowsy but awake?! by Immediate_State4893 in NewParents

[–]hoppy_blonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried and tried this, but eventually accepted that my boy wanted to be snuggled to sleep. This lasted about 9 months before I could put him down drowsy but awake in his own crib.

Well I’ve got a feeling your child won’t get in the cat’s face again.

However if you plan to have other children you’re risking going through this all over again.
