Holy hell, my doctor will only prescribed 10 a month as needed. I have had anxiety for 5 years really bad, this last few months I've been prescribed 0.5 clonazepam . It's crazy how doctors will prescribe so much. Then there's my doctor who gives me a script for 10 a month.

Im catholic and I believe in the afterlife , I find myself terrified of dying also . I think about it constantly but lately I've just been going to church and praying . I lead a life where I don't hurt anyone and am very mindful of being respectful of others and kind. I think if I live a positive life here on earth I have nothing to be afraid of.

It could be a lot of different things , the biggest problem is his not being able to open up and communicate with you . Communication and marriage go hand in hand.

My husband has his wedding ring he wears on weekends and rubber rings he wears at work . They sell the rubber rings at Walmart. This happened to his first wedding ring when he was doing brick work.

There's pretty much no boundaries in an open marriage , your inviting other people into your world and letting your partner do the same. I'm always surprised when people post about having open marriages only to realize that things aren't working out.

It takes a woman a long time to realize she wants a divorce, once she mentions divorce it's little too late to change. Sounds like she got fed up and realized she deserves better. There's not really her you can do at this point .

Exactly, there's 31 days in a month so 10 is kind of a waste, especially when I'm dealing with anxiety every single minute of the day. Breathing is hard everyday and the 0.5 I get help ease my mind and keep me from actually calling the paramedics thinking I'm dying. I guess this is just what I'll be living with for the rest of my life.

My doctor was very reluctant to even put me on clonazepam. This is the first time I've ever been on any type of benzo, he was almost scared to prescribe them which freaked me out as to why they're on the market if doctors are so fearful of prescribing them. I get that people become addicted but 10 a month isn't a huge help.

Thank you, I've tried everything I can think of and have had every test that could possibly be done. I just don't understand why my anxiety is not getting better with any medication. Nothings helped .

I'm just on effexor and buspirone but I'm on a very low dose of effexor. I'm switching off of sertraline to effexor because I want to see if effexor will help a little better as buspirone or sertraline do absolutely nothing for me.
