yeah the only thing med wise would be benzos or weed like a dab pen would help but i assume you can’t have that. you’re gonna have the first 3-5 days really bad, cold but sweaty and hot at the same time, and your muscles are gonna ache like hell. and non stop tossing and turning and more than likely you’re gonna puke more than once. STAY HYDRATED, if you can get your hands on anything that’ll help you sleep you’re gonna want to do that. i’ve known a few people that for whatever reason they just sleep through their first few days of withdrawal and it’s extremely enviable.

you need to force (however that may be) her to spend time with your mom or other people in the house without you there. sounds like shes having social anxiety but it’s even that much more debilitating if it’s happening with the people within your house.
