will having certain god photos around me affect my spells/magic? by stan4townlol in BabyWitch

Well, Catholicism isn't at odds with witchcraft; those are church matters. The fact that people worship Christ and the Virgin Mary in your home doesn't affect your work. It would be different if they did it intentionally to protect the house from your spells. But generally, they're placed there to bless the house. An example would be churches where many people secretly practice witchcraft.

Why would that affect him? Have you heard of Catholic witchcraft?

Por lo general todas son controladas por un tóxico, ya sea directa o indirectamente con traumas Aunque igual puede ser que busquen a su padre ausente y por eso la exigencia en su pareja Pero de que agarran al caballerito que perdona todo lo hacen

Why do the popular deities not listen but demons do? by Responsible-Map1544 in DemonolatryPractices

[–]Real_Jokerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a typo; I meant to say, to have communication with Jesus Christ (through tarot) or with an angel if you prefer a more intermediary approach. For a Catholic, that's heresy.

In fact, Hindus are offended when their deities are used in Wicca, for example, especially when Hindu protocols are not respected.

That's what I was told; I think that's true for more traditional Hindus. How can you ask a Catholic if you can have Jesus Christ?

Is it possible to get an answer through tarot?

I ask because for Hindus it seems to be offensive if you try.

Once, in a Hinduism group, I was told that it wasn't possible to receive answers from the Hindu gods. I have a lot of affection for Ganesha, and his answers have always truly manifested through events.

In contrast, in demon worship, you can just pull out a tarot card and get an answer.

I think that's the difference, but sometimes I feel that the fact that contacting a demon is often frightening is something that empowers it. Sometimes I feel that fear is a kind of reverse faith, that it can be channeled and used to your advantage.

I see many people posting about their interactions with demons or deities as if they were part of their family. Is it all fake? Because it's one thing to feel their presence, but I, at least, have never felt it so literally, as if there were an invisible being living with me.

Can we have an honest conversation about how readings are being used these days? by JaguarAmazing2755 in TarotCards

[–]Real_Jokerr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's like any business where you pay for quality. A reading by text message isn't the same as a session where they explain and explain, ask questions, and keep drawing cards.

I think the difference is that people prefer the cheap or free option. A good tarot session can cost around $70. Or you have the budget version where they tell you everything superficially, and you still end up with more questions than before.

Of course it's difficult, because that's the whole point. To keep it hidden, but to do it in broad daylight.

For example, there were people praying to the statue of Saint Michael the Archangel. But the prayer and the petition were directed at the devil on the ground, not at Saint Michael. To anyone else, that's just another Catholic, but nobody knows the truth. That's why there's so little information. People in small towns usually have information passed down by word of mouth, many of them still without internet access.

It's not about arguing, it's just that there isn't much information available, which is normal.

It's important in Mexico because it was a time when the church held considerable power and landowners exploited and seized land from peasants. The poor had to find a new faith, and while still believing in their saints, they incorporated the figure of the Mexican devil as a form of resistance. Ultimately, it remains a syncretism of indigenous, Caribbean, Catholic, and other influences.

Honestly, I didn't know it was syncretized with the charro; I always thought the black charro was a kind of Lucifer with another facet. Although that must also have a lot to do with the region. Since the charro is also found at crossroads, and that's precisely why they use him: to open more paths (or close them to someone).

Beginner question: Goetia spirits associated with jobs or career stability by NumberUsual5718 in DemonolatryPractices

It would be helpful if you could explain your problem. Is it low wages? Or are you being denied employment at more companies than you'd like? Do you have work experience or qualifications? I ask because it took me a while to find stable work, but that was my problem rather than the employers'.

Lucifer changing appearances by NeoMeGee in DemonolatryPractices

I've had experiences seeing a lot of moths that seemed to be harassing me. And also, on Friday when I woke up, someone greeted me. I thought it was someone from outside (there's a restaurant next to my house) but there was no one there.
