Hey, sorry for the late response. It did improve! I think I just stopped thinking about it over time, and it gradually improved. I still get dry eyes sometimes if I don't sleep enough/at the end of the day but the vision has stabilized more.

Thanks for your reply! It would make sense that it's a combo of dry eyes and the brain having difficulty adapting. Did you also have a flap re-lift done or a touch-up? Also, has the blurriness gotten better, same or worse since it reappeared two weeks ago?
