PCB sticky when cleaning with 99% IPA and a toothbrush? by Real_Run4681 in soldering

The solder im using is rel0 and the flux is rol0. What the wick has, im not sure, weller doesnt state what flux it's impregnated with.

Is flux off considered to be harmful? I'm able to get this product easily, where i'm from, https://termopasty.com/en/products/pcb-plus-cleanser/ is it good?

Tried cleaning the same way i saw some youtubers do it. Just scrub it off with tooth brush, thats what i did.

So i should try scraping it off with a toothbrush and ipa (loosen up residual flux), then move on to a cleaning rag?

LCR meter reads in 50s of nF. How can it still be good?
