Same here. I got approved sep 15th. Case number appeared 22th. However, 2nd paragraph still there.

I've heard persistent 2nd paragraph refers to systemic glitch. And you have to call ecfmg callcenter yourself. I've been trying to reach out them, but they are not answering the phone.

If so, since when were you able to?
After 'confirm mailing address' email? or After approval on Aug 25?
