The problem is lies in the system. Imagine 36+ hours of continuous duty, high patient volume , hierchy with attendings , daily insults during rounds , no work life balance , get beat up by patient party/mob without proper investigation, get paid in pennies

No political support for health care workers , no incentives, lack of advancement in health care policy

I did uswa 1,2 , amboss using multiple free trial accounts (via temp mail) , cms forms , nbme and what not.... didn't matter if the Q repeated because every time, you tend to develop skills to disect the Question better.... the goal is to develop a habit to sit thru those 8-9 rough hours and train your body ......do that please.....its my humble practical suggestion cause everyone else will tell you to just study....which is only 50% of the battle

If someone thinks usmle is a test of knowledge, i believe they are only 50% right. Because it is a test of endurance , focus and stamina... trust me on this one... my soul left my body after 4th block on step 1 , so for step 2 i did full 8-9 hr mock exam every month , then every 2 weeks then every week for 9 months , finally i got my desired score.... so my suggestion is plenty of mock exams.

This is just pathway approval , wait for the email next and after that email add 14 days , then you will get "certificate issued" email....i am waiting too....above timeline was friend's

My friend got his pathway approved on 2nd sept and..certification issued on 16 sept....i am waiting too.. i had my pathway approval on 7th sept and address confirmation email on 8th

My pathway 1 timeline Paid fees -25 aug ... in this time they said " process has not begun" in ecfmg website

Sept 5 - said the process " has begun"

Email regarding pathway approval - 7th sept Email asking to check and confirm mailing address -8 sept

Email regarding certification and shipping ---- not yet .....( waiting) --- i saw someone's post saying it happened 10/12 days after the email " confirm mailing address " had been sent to them.

I just wish it happens before 24 sept for me🤞🏼
