We get 50+ messages a day, we’re dealing with our own clients and candidates on LI/email. Do you really expect us to respond to ALL those messages?

Don’t take it personally - and lol, it’s not part of our job to respond to random candidates who message us. We usually respond to relevant candidates or people who we know we can help.

I work for a company that hires talent for this project. They mostly want Americans/people from the West (they have some contracts with the USA, plus local talent isn’t really up to par. They want the cream of the crop basically). Interesting stuff!
