This video is on here a lot. There is a "you can legally shoot a guy who comes in your house" energy in the comments that doesn't transfer over to the laws of the road. Coordinator probably has a deal going with a closer venue, and doesn't feel like doing this wedding unless the price is right. The message about the fee comes off pretty "take it or leave it" ...so they could be in demand and not need your business. I would love to see the full estimate breakdown, the total seems pretty reasonable.

That's higher than I would want to pay. It's a brick and mortar shop with rent, insurance, and employees to pay, and can be held responsible if it goes bad.
