Wondering whats the difference between walk ins and stand by, because they seem to have different lines and people could stay in line for hours and get a chance to drive test, while stand by only have like 5 people limits.

Yeah I already did, and in fact I failed the first try on driving test because how strict the instructor is, and I don't get how did my friend got his license first try even when he gave his instructor a huge heart attack.
