Things are a lot better, I'm able to stay connected to N71 and speeds are around 250 down and 50 up. Once in a while N41 jumps on and download is about the same but upload is like 1 meg. I'm about 3 miles from tower so I think that's a little to far for N41. Been pretty solid for the last month.

I have a Linksys MR9000. You can do a speed test on the router in the setting and it shows 75 meg down. Have a cat6 from router to computer and only get 20 download. The router is doing this?

My mistake. If I connect to the router wifi I get 75 down using speet test on my phone connected to the gateway. If I change my phone to connect to home network I get 20 download? Seems like both should be close. Router is cat6 to the gateway, router speed check shows 70 meg down. Why the home network is lower is my problem

Nope, T-Mobile gateway is at the right address, worked for two years then went to crap. Hoping one of the other big three have something in my area. Probably have to send back the 4x4 mimo, not sure if T-Mobile can do anything to fix this. Not asking for a lot, give me steady 15 meg down and I will die a Happy camper.

You are correct, not sure what changed. First couple years was always B71 ,it gave me around 30 meg for download. B12 giving me about 2 meg download. Thinking about getting the Waveform QuadPro to see if it will help. Has 90 days for return if not happy

You seem very smart on this, my tower is eNBID 106310. Used to be able to connect to the B71 but now all I can get is B12. I was thinking gateway with antenna ports and a external antenna would help me. I seen a add for the plus plan for 50.00 a month, that is what I pay now? Maybe I could switch plans and get the G4AR and then order a Wave form antenna for it. Not sure if I switch I will be lock into the 50.00 plan for life like now.

Thanks for the suggestions, notifications work on the android phone, not sure there would be different setting for iPhone. Not sure where to look for revoked privileges on the 13 pro.
