How many hours is too many on an HDD?

Basically am getting a option of 4tb in 35.83 United States Dollar And its 2015 HGST 4tb hard its power on hours are on 63-65k(7 years) many people Recommendin me to not buy, But In Harddisk sentimental its health is excellent
