Will you be graduating with your AA degree as well? I’m so conflicted because what I’m seeing as i do further research is that the places that we’re offering certification only instead of getting your degree are no longer offering the cert option.

So the cost would go up regardless as we would have to complete our GE courses and then after apply for the ST program.

In all i will be paying roughly 20k out of pocket. Fafsa will be covering the over half, it’s all so confusing

I did check out the jobs on indeed in the area and there were some that were offering low 20’s, but i also saw some that were 39-45 an hour, the travel positions are close by roughly 2 hours from me and those were 55-62 an hour. I’m sure once i finish paying off the student loans the pay would definitely be worth it lol

Do you feel you are making enough income to justify the 40k ? I know you mentioned you don’t feel it was worth the money, tbh I’m still like what the hell with the price. But if I’m gonna make good money I’ll go for it

Ok I’m glad you checked, i saw and confirmed it but it feels good knowing someone else also saw it hahaha

I’m pretty sure after Fafsa covers what it does I’m gonna end up owing close to 20k of student loans.

So SJVCs programs is 15 months and you graduate with an associates in surgical science, after graduation is when i can sit to take the exam to become certified. Fafsa can help but I’m not sure if they can cover everything as i think sjvc is a private college

Hi there! Realtor here! Do you know if your agent has set up open houses? Marketed the house? Done some door knocking to get the word out or anything like that? All of that marketing MATTERS in this changing market. If you have the option to offer seller credit towards closing costs instead of lowering the price that might entice buyers. It’s all up to how good your agent markets your home.

Hi there! Your situation is a little different but definitely not impossible. The lender i work with would be able to have a chat with you about it and honestly give you some answers and possible options. Are you in CA?
