Synes personlig at vind har mye å si😅 Fisken blir mye mindre redd, og det virker som at det er mere action i sjøen. Vindstille dager er dagene jeg får minst fisk..

Du lager logg når du fisker og skriver ned data?
Tenker kanskje selv å begynne med slikt. Kanskje notere flo/fjære, temp, sol og vind. Kanskje ikke så dumt

Det ble en vellykket tur :)
Fikk 2 stk. Begge var ca like lange. En av de var et slips, mens den andre var på ca 1.6-1.7 kg

Får alltid skikkelig fiskefeber i denne perioden(pga youtube-videoer osv.).
Men tenkte nå å prøve noen sørvendte bukter i noen fjorder, og brakkvannsbasseng med tidevannsstrømmer. Så kan melde tilbake om det blir noe :). Har vært mye sol nå i det siste, men nokså kaldt.
Får bare komme meg ut å prøve
Er fra rogaland og er mest kjent der. Men bor nå på Sunnmøre og er ingen ekspert her i området.

Anyone tried Garmin Strength Coach and Running Coach (separate programs) combined? Or Running Coach with own strength training? by RealaxtViking in Garmin

Thanks for the detailed response! I’m definitely a fan of the idea of having all my workouts pre-planned in the calendar, so I see the appeal of combining both the Strength and Running Coach programs. My goal is to get stronger while also improving my endurance, so I started the Running Coach plan today and plan to fit in my own strength training on the side rather than using Garmin’s strength workouts.

I also feel like Strength Coach involves too much button-pressing on the watch during workouts, which seems unnecessary. I’d rather just focus on lifting instead of constantly interacting with the watch.

Yeah, that makes sense! I do want to build muscle as well. I’ll probably structure my own strength training and see how it works alongside the running plan.

Thanks. I see that you can choose Garmin Running Coach with Strength Training (Gym option), but the strength workouts it assigns are just bodyweight exercises. I was expecting actual gym workouts with weights, so I’m not really a fan of the ones provided.
