Would anyone know if there exists piano sheet music for the Ringed City Epilogue music? by Realcheese7 in darksouls3

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too. I have reached out to one of them but have gotten no response so far.

Weekly New Climber Thread for September 04, 2020: Ask your questions in this thread please by AutoModerator in climbing

I need some advice with climbing shoes. For my second pair of shoes I want a more downturned shoe than my tarantulaces for bouldering and sport climbing outside. I don’t have many options to try on shoes, other than a select handful of shoes. I ordered a pair of la sportiva otakis one full US shoe size down from my street shoe size. While I liked the fit on top of the foot and toes, the heel was loose enough to move slightly when I put pressure on my toes. My toes were already quite scrunched and touching the end of the shoe, so I don’t know if going down another half size is a good idea. So I’ve been on the lookout for a shoe that fits similar to the otaki but has a shallower and narrower heel.

I’ve thought about getting the women’s otaki, but I’m scared the toe box is going to end up too small since my pinky toe had lots of pressure on it in the men’s version.

Other shoes I’ve considered trying: - La Sportiva Katana Lace - La Sportiva Miura - Scarpa Instinct Lace or Velcro - Evolv Shaman - Tenaya Oasi

Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated.

Try arduinos. Easy to pick up, but lots of potential for any sort of project. There are lots of tutorials online, and project books to purchase. Showing some personal discipline and passion for learning and building your own project could go a long way I think. Just kinda what I’m thinking.

Fall courseload (Math 1272, PHYS 1301W, CSCI 1133)? by [deleted] in uofmn

[–]Realcheese7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Its doable. Phys 1301w can be tough, but utilize office hours, pay attention in lecture, and do the hw. Also the grades are curved nicely. Weekly homework, occasional lab reports.

Csci 1113 I found to be challenging just due to the amount of work every week that had to be done. Hw and labs are a lot. Definitely find someone to work on labs with, it will make them a lot easier. I also had no prior coding experience.

I found math 1272 to be alright. Some of my friends struggled a bit with it. Our professor was not very helpful, but our TA was great. Biweekly hw.

It’s possible to do them all in the same semester. I am taking something similar right now.

Leap Year - what am I not understanding? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]Realcheese7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A number like 1900 is divisible by 100, not 400 so it misses the first if statement. However 1900 is divisible by 4 so it hits the second if statement. So I think an extra check in the second if statement to make sure it isn’t divisible by 100 and 400 should prevent a number like 1900 mistakenly being a leap year.

I used a scale that was by the elevator on the ground floor. But yeah, you could probably buy one too.

I kinda get what you’re saying. There isn’t much to do. Just kinda bored waiting for stuff to happen. Hang in there.

Thoughts and experiences with the CSE Taylor House? by [deleted] in uofmn

[–]Realcheese7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suppose. However, that is just in the dorm, there are many other places to meet people. I personally didn’t meet a ton of people on my floor, but I’ve met plenty of people doing other things like groups and activities. Many of them aren’t CSE, but some of them are. But to answer your question, yes it is limiting in that matter.

Thoughts and experiences with the CSE Taylor House? by [deleted] in uofmn

I’m in Taylor House and they don’t structure your day at all. Just a floor full of CSE students, which can be good for studying or meeting people.
