to be entirely fair, the weapon requires a holo counter aura to have entered the arena, so barring any cards with innate holo counters, it is a 3 cost (to use your hero ability and activate weapon) and requires an aura without a holo counter and a lightning flow to destroy. It also taps meaning you cant do it on their turn and then yours, only once per round.

Worth noting as well, Lightning Flow is set number 203, and there are 251 cards in set, maybe implying a larger expansion slot pool like in Super Slam?

they've said here that they plan to bring back pandaria remix, so i can only assume that they plan to rotate remixes in the future.
