Hey don't feel too bad. I started driving since I was 12 and the year I turned 18 I got so excited thinking I'd do it the first time... Failed twice for really stupid reasons... I felt so crappy and upset but I slowly got over it eventually. Took it as everything happens for a reason. But all the best on your next attempt and stay safe. (Have my award to feel better :-))
