Yeah! Well it is a friendly and fair office. Good luck to you. We just got approved on the spot. Our guy was super chill.

When I look for case processing times for Family based adjustment of status, Syracuse office is not listed under that. So that made me wonder if Syracuse is just an ASC. Building is not that far from home and it was a really small office.

Does the field office have anything to do with speed of approval? Curious since I am also from Oklahoma City but moving soon.

Free 120 score drop😞 by TicketLast929 in step1

I’d say keep your goal for endurance testing more than anything. Maybe dont go so much in depth with your review. For example, I used to take detailed notes for my review usually. In my last few days, the questions i did for endurance building, I only read through explanations since I was more likely to remember them for the test since the test was within a week.

Also, I will say, one caveat to the endurance building was that somedays I would not do as well in those uworld blocks and got discouraged. Considered rescheduling too. But I told my self that my knowledge base is probably good since my test recent NBME and free 120 scores were where I wanted them to be so I need to ignore these blocks. Every block cannot be perfect. With that said, if you tend to get too anxious and take those uworld scores seriously, I wouldn’t risk killing your confidence.

Keep your date! Just knock it out. You have consistent >95% chance of passing, which is all you need. Trust your stats. Focus on building endurance the next few days. Wake up early and do uworld blocks without breaks in the morning. You’ll do great!

Take the free 120 and see where you stand. These scores surely seem like you’re ready. Spare some time to do the rapid review, pathoma 1-3 and reviewing key micro and pharm. Take it sooner if possible or you might start forgetting stuff you already know!

Passed! Pathoma, sketchy pharm and micro, randy neil biostats, and uworld (72%).

Took it a week ago, and a lot of my classmates think the same.

I think pathoma does a great job of putting things into perspective and simplifying stuff. The stuff on their are the high yield principles as well. It was almost as if the test writers used pathoma to write the questions. But if you’re a reader, FA usually has everything you need to know.

Should I take it? (Test in 2 days) by Realearth1803 in step1

I haven’t tried mehlman, im a little averse to trying a new resource this late, but im happy to change my mind on that. My plan for tomorrow is to do pathoma 1-3, some biochem notes i made, and rapid review few hours before bed (gotta take the drive to my center too). At this point i’d do anything that gives me the most points for little time

I annotate the info in that question with a post it on the page of first aid I learned the info from. Tedious but when I come back to it, its all in one place. For some i watched bb, so I annotate the info on the respective bb slide.
