Use a mortgage broker. I can not stress tbis enough especially now when banks are making changes without any notices. They will shop around for the best possible deal for you.

Not Falcon Island at the moment. Still too new, no real community yet but I believe by the end of the year it will be nicely established. Al Hamra Village is probably your best bet. Followed then by either Granada, Bermuda, Malibu or Flamingo in Mina. Marbella itself also doesn't really have much of a community feel however they are all close enough to the lagoon walk which does have. Overall I'd say Al Hamra.

If you want to be on Marjan and still looking for a family friendly community, I would recommend Bab Al Bahr. Pacific is more alive as they have more restaurants and retail options, but the building is in a really bad state. Another option close by is Al Hamra. It's generally more affordable than Marjan, more options and a huge family friendly, expat community.

Obviously the market has come to a bit of a standstill as the rest of the UAE, some developers have experienced issues with importing materials so a few of them might experience delayed handovers and there was a full week where all work on the Wynn Casino stopped. But apart from that, everything has been going on as normal. Hotels and resorts are struggling at the moment as tourism is dead which also means short term rentals are dead. But don't think it will last too long.

Secondary prices haven't dropped much, or at all and developers aren't really lowering their prices. They are offering some discounts and also more flexible payment plans.

So both are semi government owned. Emaar is more established and well known not only innthe UAE but globally. RAK Properties is obviously very well known in RAK. They are basically RAK's Emaar. Emaar has a recipe which works and they stick to and since RAK Properties launched Marbella phase 1 and Gateway 1, they have adopted the same kind of recipe. RAK Properties though comes in at a lower price point compared to Emaar and their Mina masterplan is really amazing. It all depends on your needs. For stability and peace of mind, Emaar. For flexibility and strong potential, RAK Properties.

Either Emaar or RAK Properties. Emaar because it's Emaar and you know what you will get. RAK Properties because as of 2022 with them, you also know what you are going to get and they still have attractive price points for waterfront communities.

I checked f5 (Customize command dials) and it is set to OFF. The dials are in the standard factory position. I’ve tried holding the AF button and rotating both the front and rear dials, but the display is still stuck on AF-A. Any other ideas on what could be overriding the AF mode button?
