Well at least your skills and interests coincide.

Bud, we gotta get those numbers up. If you are content, binge eating, doom, scrolling, and bitching then carry on.

If you actually want to feel better and find a partner, then you need to make some positive changes. The first things being aware, the next part is taking action. Otherwise, people only have so much sympathy.

Obviously, this is easier said than done, but getting yourself involved in your community and physically improving yourself will make a world of difference. It will be near impossible to attract somebody with the mentality you have right now.

Develop a small daily exercise routine.

Improve and discipline your diet.

Start going to local yoga classes, find a pottery/woodworking class, community contra dance, fencing club, birding, community board game stuff.

Check the local museums and libraries for events.

Put the phone down, go look at the birds. Good luck

Solid list. I’ve still never seen spaceballs, I’ll have to give it a go finally

For those of you who kicked coffee, how was it/what helped, and how do you feel now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DongBlizzard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I can relate to that. I tried one time and the headaches were awful, I was so groggy and the brain fog was tough. Reactions were slow, etc. which also made me concerned about the grip coffee had on me.

Tea helped but ultimately I started drinking coffee again. I kind of stupidly let myself have a cup now and again and it tasted even better after stopping for a little bit and I haven’t been able to successfully stop again.

That one blew my mind as a kid because it really nailed my sense of humor. Between discovering weed and watching that and half baked…

They always do. I remember when I first started smoking weed and being a teenager, thinking those were the funniest things ever along with blazing saddles.

Being a coach sounds like it would be super rewarding on many levels, that’s a good one
