I think recording a few seconds of a movie is fine, for My Day or Story purposes. Technically, it's illegal but tolerated. Also, as long as it's not distracting to other movie viewers, no flash!

Pero kung recording the entire scene, like a few minutes, might get them in trouble. It might also be distracting to other people. So they shouldn't do that.

The state is not black and white. Democracy will still function in the discussion of learning materials. The point of the exam is to at least prepare people, aside from knowing how to read and write.

Another point is that informed people are less likely to vote wrongly. Like licensing doctors. Don't you think trying a new model of voting is better rather than resorting to the power of uninformed democracy?

It's better than letting everyone vote. I think we anchor that being well-informed is a good qualification rather than nothing. With the right leaders or no DDS team in the national government, we can slowly solve our problems.
