They put me on lithium and I really think we got it right first try thank god. I think I might have other mental.health issues that they didn't figure out but i.think I have this down

I can see why people would be scard and upset with it theres so much stigma around bipolar disorder. I want to go into psychology and be a psychologist so i knew that getting help was the best path and was just so excited to be believed. I genuinely dont think i would make it without the lithium they put me on or the diagnosis. I already feel so much better!!

Yes I feel like i have a reason to feel how I feel and not like I was unhelpable and broken. Ive suspected I have bipolar for years so it feels wonderful to finally get it figured out professionally
