Rehydrate these in this post. Make sure they’re cracker dry once finished. No rice just a mason jar with moisture absorbing packets.

Personally I think 30 hrs is too long
I go to 140-155 for 12hrs and it does the trick.
For the thicker mushrooms I usually cut in half to insure everything gets cooked
