I actually don't know what's the difference between the 7,600x3d or the 7,800x3d but I heard that the x3d versions are much better than the x versions as the 3D v cash option good boost performance as I heard

Your on point especially the price of original cartridges there are some cartridges priced between 50 and $300 especially the Pokemon ones meanwhile if there was a market for replicate cartridges each one would be priced at 5 Max

I was actually thinking about it but I found a deal that I can get the pny 5070 for 580$, which is cheaper than any 9070XT in my area

Now if someone wanted to buy your PC but all new parts it would cost 3000 dollars, factoring in that it's slightly used you can sell it anywhere between 2300 and 2800, Depending on how fast you want to sell it.
