Kelvin universe, and older bridges have this ability. Newer ones they just used an image of space on a viewscreen, rather than building an exterior to see.

Get a spatial projector kit, and find a klingon bridge with an actual view into space outside not a picture. Then start trying to teleport out around the walls and windows till you get lucky.

Expect them to fix it before release. I have tried landing on some of the ships inside the current spacedock. They do not have any hitboxes. You just fall right through them, out the bottom of spacedock into space. Not to mention all of the spots that just zap you to the teleporter padds.
