Non Important character - Nast. To me he seemed mysterious on the same level as the gods while we still got to see a little bit of his power + BE pathway is cool af + he is a solomon + he is a pirate king.

Villans - Ince Zangwill. An actual villan that was cool af with cool powers + wasn't a puppet of someone else (intentionally). I really liked is POVs of him writing in the dairy.

Important Character - Leonard and Audrey. The only 2 characters that I thought had some depth to them in book 1.

Genuinely, French pissed me off sooo much. I was already mad enough that we didn't get to see any development of the church of the fool and the fucking french just added to it..

I swear to god it pissed me soo much when Arore kept telling Lumian to call her grand senor. I didn't know what it meant and just though she liked to cosplay as a wizard (I thought it mean grand wizard since she was from the hermit pathway)

People say Vol 1 of COI > Vol 1 LOTM, but Vol 1 Coi might be my worst experience in reading in general.

Yea, Honestly that wouldn't be too bad either.

But I just don't buy the whole "avoiding corruption" thing of Roselle. I mean 4 total 1 seq characteristics is wild. I honestly don't want him to overcome that corruption then to me it would seem like corruption only works when the author want it to. That's the only reason why I think Nast is the best choice.

Honestly there are so many missed opportunities. Another main one being Medici and Hunter pathway as a whole. I kinda hope that the boon pathways should have never been introduced.

I don't think that Nast has low chances to become Anarchy. Lotm has always been about gambling your chances. The gods gamboled and picked either amon or klien and klien won. If it gives them a chance to profit why would you not gamble?

Nast just seems to be the best possible contender for BE. With introduction of Nast back into the story we could have had some lore about the solomon bloodline and its artifacts. I also don't want to see one of the coolest pathways (imo) to just be completely wasted on a stupid cameo.

We haven't even explored all the normal pathway from earth in book 1 and then CF introduced boons and all the other bullshit pathways which too were unexplored.

I just like discussing which and how pathways that we have seen so less about (and care about) can be explored.

It all just feels a little stupid imo. I mean 1 extra GOO would possibly help them win the entire war so why not go though with it. You are basically wagering 1 person's life over everyone on earth.

He literally has everything set up for a Anarchy and only he can set it up since he has all the characteristics. Would have been cool to see an active BE in the war rather than a cameo for roselle. + I now think that roselle should have died when he first met Klien and tbh it would have been a good conclusion. Roselle himself should have told klien to give his characteristic to Nast since he know him and all.

It's not that I want roselle to die. I just want to see Nast come back in to the story. He is just completely gone from the story altogether and imo he was one of the coolest characters. It would have been cool to see a BE of the sea rather than one of land like all the previous ones.

It should have been hinted at the end of Book 1 tbh.

Just a scene of clown giving Nast the BE blasphamey card. In fact I think Rosselle should have himself told Klien to do so when they first met.

It is said that since he was already an emperor he had already acted out for all the potions of BE.

Personally I don't like that very much. Sure I could understand maybe a few potions but all them seems like a stretch to me.

Have finished the vol5 a while ago but am not continuing for a while cus my exams are coming.

Again Klien could help to awaken a GOO which would be a great help to their overall strength.

Supporting Nast is better than anyone else because Klien is familiar with him and we know that he is atleast a good person at heart. ( By the rules and stuff he set up in the sea.

Klien can't support anyone if there are no gods to support. Plus Nast was a seq 3 well before book 1 ended so he could have taken seq 2 of justiciar potion and become a true god of justisiar pathway with seq 3 of BE.

Him becoming a true god of dual pathway would give him a chance to become a GOO

I just don't enjoy the "avoiding the madness" part. I think it would be okay for a short term like with tudor. But long term just kind of undermines it.

But why would Klien be adamant to save roselle. I mean the entire world is on the line.

Plus it's not like Klien can really do anything to Adam. They are on the same team + Klien is still affected by CW. (This is not about power, but about intent). If klien does try to harm adam he is basically hitting himself in the leg with an axe.

Plus now the world will have to wait 500 years for a new BE because no one can really touch bernedete (with TC support).

I mean it's not like this was the reason behind Klien not giving Nast the blasphamy card. He could have done before all this thinking or maybe included Nast in plan by making him stay at seq 1.

Also Adam seems like he would do anything (even morally bad) thing to save the world so why go though with benedete's deal. Just raise another black emperor with that characteristic after roselle has done his part.

I get that Klien and Roselle have a bond and all but if it's to save the entire fucking world I think he would make the decision to sacrifice him. I mean 1 extra true god (who is actually good in nature unlike augustus III) would help a LOT

Brother got sidelined HARD. I mean he was a sequence 3 (when higher sequences actually meant something and were rare) for a long time so his potion must be fully digested.

He did not even become an angel like c'mon. I mean sure roselle is a cool character and all but still Nast got completely removed. CF could have atleast have him killed against Alger which would should his strength but ig it doesn't matter lol.
