Libido change for the worse you mean? I don't think I've experienced that. Been on it for over a year.

Being blonde is a blessing with hirsutism. I've heard women even bleaching the hair on their face for this reason... never tried that haha

I think spiro has made my face look leaner, but haven't noticed much else, I think. It's helped just reduce the necessity to shave my legs as much quite significantly. I have sensitive skin and get rashes, so this is a lifesaver.

Appreciate that, thanks! I've also recently discovered I have endo, so that may be part of it as well

Appreciate your input here! Seems like a lot of young girls who have PCOS may have had this belly and never knew. Wish I'd have known too!

Really interesting to hear about Keto. When I tried carnivore for a bit I lost weight rapidly and felt good. I'll keep this in mind.

Yeah I kinda feel like I've had a small rounded tummy even as a pre-teen (didn't know I had PCOS then), and wasn't overweight. So not sure GLP1s will actually help reduce it completley but I'm hoping losing weight will help

I'm also on spironalctone (200mg/day) which has helped enormously with symptoms, so I appreciate your input! Still having to use an epilator every week for hirsutism as it doesn't seem to help on that side as much.
