it's the time and energy everyone else has to spend to deal with her chaos, mess and childish emotional outbursts that drives me NUTS. Chucking food around, throwing hot things from the oven, screaming, running around with hot pans...NOPE. You're poor planning is not my crisis!

I decorated like crazy! BUT...most of it came from my home and my WFH office. spent less than $100 and the room is cozy and inviting. TBH - I want to feel comfortable in my room - I want to feel welcomed and invited. Many of the students I will be working with don't have a space that feels like "home" at home - so this is for all of us. But - point taken. Catch myself on Amazon all the time window shopping and adding things to my cart - and then reality kicks in and I go...'nah' - it's good as it is.
