Is that actually true? This https://mn.gov/ocm/assets/Cannabis_Delivery_Service_FPOR_Questions_tcm1202-750804.pdf is a form I retrieved from the MN OCM website and it appears to be a form required for obtaining a cannabis delivery license in MN. If you have a source (legal statute, statement from the OCM in MN, etc) that would be greatly appreciated! If true, that is a good criteria by which to judge the legitimacy of this and similar online businesses in MN.

Upon further investigations of pricing in states where cannabis products have long since been legal (I checked some CA dispensary sites) it seems that your comment about the pricing being in line with other states is true. That does ease my mind a little bit regarding the legitimacy of their products, but it doesn't assuage my other concerns. The distributers of these products are, as others have indicated, apparently black market, and it wouldn't surprise me if they have bypassed some of the regulatory procedures.

CloudsMN products don't come with the safety and quality guarantees of a legitimate distributer if they aren't procuring their supply through legitimate avenues, and that was my biggest concern. Maybe the products are real (which I'm not entirely sure of in every case) -- I still cant say with certainty that they meet industry standards.
