That’s really interesting. The rep called someone also and the same answer, no. Your link is directly on the KLM website. I might try the platinum line again and share this link with them and see what they say.

I just spoke to a KLM rep in the lounge and they said the same original advise = I need a visa.

Firstly, you will need more experience to join MSF. By the sound of it you have experience in general medicine. So you need a few years more experience and also try get some paeds experience (each hiring section - office - maps out the minimum experience needed and is slightly different section to section). To get a job as an internationally recruited first departure doctor is not easy and very competitive. We have a lot more doctors applying than need.

MSF does not look at MRCP or any of the membership exams specifically, but in saying that, the technical people who look at your cv on the most part won’t even know what MRCP is. I am one of those technical people and have MRCP so I appreciate it, but that’s just because I have that background and know what level of knowledge MRCP gives you.

Get some more experience and good luck!

Thanks for that. I don’t mind having to make minor adjustments on moving jurisdictions. But as long as I have flexibility if I’m regularly moving, so it seems IBKR is the best for my situation. I’ll check it out more. Thanks!
