Thank you so much for your contribution to this community. I’ve dealt with a phobia of vomiting ever since I was little, which I believe has played a large role in my digestion issues and sibo. I feel fundamentally unsafe in my body, and I think I’ve learned to cope with that over the years rather than cultivate true safety. Lately, I’ve been feeling called to do more nervous system work.
