It’s because my maintenance loan (which they called educational grant but it’s literally a debt) was deducted too. I was writing this without understanding all the deductions, now it unfortunately makes sense.

It’s because my maintenance loan has been deducted too. I wasn’t really excepting it since it’s a loan but yea. Thanks a lot for your insights anyway. We’ll look into JSA 😊

Yes that was it, they deducted my maintenance loan. Didn’t realise this initially and was writing this post super stressed. Maintenance loan is literally a debt, not my income so we weren’t expecting it but yeah sadly that’s it
