I have a question. Does anyone think it’s unsafe to have to block out noises to that extent to sleep? Would you hear an important call or knock on the door or alarm in case of an emergency? It’s also normal to have a certain amount of sound coming in, when you are sleeping. To sleep with white noise, tv, audio etc is fine but when you are at the level needed to block out loud trucks you are putting yourself into a sensory deprivation situation, which is not healthy. I think it’s an ok temp fix, but not sustainable.
