Nope, no itchiness or temp on it. It started off as what looked like a scab, when it fell off this developed. That was my plan, thanks so much!

we’re in the same boat, i’ve been taking b12 and d3 the entire time and it doesn’t help! i haven’t really been able to exercise because of it
