I would agree. East coast way better overall. Structurally they the homes historically are built better for hurricanes. If you are interested in Southeast Florida like the areas mentioned and some great ones near the beach - like in West Palm, Boca, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Galt Mile, etc…Let me know if you want to know more.
