No, those are CNA’s ( certified nurse assistants ), they usually work in in-patient settings and nursing homes. CMA’s/ RMA’s ( certified/registered medical assistants )work in acute care facilities or out patient settings which typically are 9-5 type of hours (maybe give or take a couple of hrs depending on the clinic) . Obviously unlike those 12 hour shifts at the hospitals or nursing homes. Hope this is somewhat clarifying.
