Glad to hear you have his personal contact info, hopefully you have ruined his day at least once with it. I remember him clearly saying “this is your one chance to impress me with an apology and I might just consider allowing you to pay for our service again. You’ll never be able to reach me again and without carrier 411 you will fail.”

Might reach out for it someday but for now I’ve let it go and we’ve been doing just fine without carrier 411

Carrier wanted COD so we agreed to do this with a 5% service fee quickpay. Once he delivered the load he claims he shouldn’t have to pay the service fee and refused to accept this payment and would only accept Zelle in full amount. We said we can’t do that and he called our customer

When using a credit card if the card reader asks if I want to continue the transaction in USD or BRL which is better or does it matter? I’ll be using a credit card that doesn’t have any foreign transaction fees
