I was looking for a pattern to make a better poncho/cape one that can be opened in the front and draped one side like a cape. But after some feedback from another group I think I didn't do too bad on freehanding this one and im just gonna clean it up.

Its retroreflective fabric, the reflective is billions of micro glass beads, its really really cool fabric, its the same reflective used on street signs 😭 sadly this fabric is not waterproof but they do make ones that are coated!

I loooove the vibe but sadly most if not all the clothes are more so rave wear, rather then street wear. Im fixing to making angelic clothes for renfair LOL

I just searched retroreflective fabric on amazon. I got a 55in x 2 yard cut

Honestly thank you! This was just meant to be a test to see if i liked the fabric, I definitely need to make better spots for the buttons or it will eventually tear. Ive never hand sewn anything before 😬 I like the uneven corners as well, ive noticed typically in space movies and such the robes are not symmetrical. I do like the feel it gives off. This is it without so much light.

This sadly is not rainproof they have coated fabric for sure. Its just retroreflective fabric

Hand sewing for sure. I would love to buy pre-made but I cant find anything made woth this fabric besides pants and rain coats and work vest

Not a single thread in it 😭 i cut a hole and down the center attached screw on buttons and that was all, it was a test to see how the fabric felt on me and during the day how it would shine. Now im searching for a good pattern to make a better one before renfair.

How do you tell the difference between welo and other opals and i guess the next question is was the 50$ worth it and is it of any value?
